 Statutory Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-off Period)

As a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.

To start this process digitally, you can use the legally required withdrawal function on our website. You can find this function via the 'Withdraw from the agreement here' button at the bottom of our website. After filling in the necessary details, you must explicitly confirm your request in the next step via the 'Withdraw from agreement' button.

Promptly after receiving your withdrawal request, you will automatically receive an electronic confirmation of receipt by email, stating the date, time, and content of your withdrawal request.

The use of this digital withdrawal function does not affect your other statutory rights to withdraw from the contract.

Conditions and Consequences of Withdrawal

• The direct costs of returning the goods are borne entirely by the consumer, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
• After submitting the withdrawal statement, you have a maximum of 14 days to return the goods to us.
• You must handle the goods with care and may only use them to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning, in the same way you would be allowed to in a physical store.
• If the goods have been used beyond what is necessary, are damaged, are returned incomplete, or have otherwise diminished in value due to handling beyond what is necessary to assess the product, you are liable for the resulting reduction in value.
• We reserve the right to determine the extent of the reduction in value based on the condition in which the product is received by us, and to deduct this reduction in value from the amount to be refunded.
• We strongly recommend using a shipping method with Track & Trace. The consumer must be able to demonstrate, upon request, that the goods were returned in time. The risk of loss or damage during return transport remains with the consumer until the goods have been received by us, or until the consumer has sufficiently demonstrated that the goods were returned in time.
• Refunds are made using the same payment method as the original payment, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
• We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods, or until the consumer has demonstrated that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first.

Additional Return Conditions for Selected Products

For certain products, the following additional return conditions apply in addition to the conditions above:

• The goods must be reported for withdrawal no later than 14 days after receipt, in accordance with the statutory right of withdrawal.
• The goods must be completely unused, undamaged, and in new condition, and must be returned in their original packaging, including all original labels, accessories, and any accompanying documentation.
• If a returned product shows signs of use, is damaged, is missing labels, or is no longer in fully new condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return or, insofar as legally permitted, to charge a reduction in value.
• Personalized or custom-made products can only be returned if legally required, or if the product is defective or was delivered incorrectly.
• For hygiene reasons, underwear and socks can only be returned if the seal or hygiene packaging is unopened and undamaged, unless the product was defective upon delivery or the law states otherwise.
