How it's built
Thick, water-repellent leather
2.8 to 3 mm leather that breathes and repels water. After 2 to 4 weeks of wear it is broken in and the boot is at its best.
Direct-injected sole
The PU sole is moulded directly onto the upper and forms one piece with the boot.
Shock-absorbing footbed
Anatomically shaped, breathable, antibacterial and washable, for comfort on long days.

In service for more than 50 years
The first version went to the Norwegian army more than 50 years ago, and several other NATO armies rely on it today. Development took ten years. The army set high standards for wear resistance, comfort, weight and moisture resistance, and the boot had to be easy to maintain.
Made to last for years
Full-grain leather a good 2.8–3 mm thick, steel and polyurethane make it a comfortable, breathable and water-repellent boot. With regular greasing it lasts a long time. After breaking in (about 2 to 4 weeks of regular wear), it is a boot that is completely yours.
Good to know
The M77 is unisex and has a generous fit, intended for thermal or double socks. In severe frost, the separate M77 inner sock is the perfect match. Available in EU sizes 32 to 52. Our care guide explains step by step how to look after the leather.
